Group was formed by
Tom Pierik,
David Mudge, and Rich Erickson in 2004 as a platform to provide superior brokerage services for
their expanding client base. This
talented partnership includes Cheryl Padia, Julia
Corona-Thompson, Andrew Peake and Megan Scholtka.
Together, these professionals provide tenants, owners and investors a foundation
of over 60 years of commercial real estate experience in Southern California’s dynamic
Inland Empire.
