David Mudge has been with the Riverside office of Lee & Associates for over 15 years and is a Senior Vice President in the office leasing and investment division.  Dave has extensive experience with landlord and tenant representation throughout the Inland Empire.  In 1999 and 2001, Dave was the top producing agent in the Riverside office.  Dave has been directly involved in the sales and leasing of over 4,500,000 square feet of office space in the Inland Empire region.   In 2007, Dave was one of the top producers in the Lee - Riverside, Temecula and Palm Desert group of companies.

Dave grew up in Orange County and attended El Modena High School before moving on to the University of Southern California.  He graduated in 1984 from USC with a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in real estate finance.

After college, Dave worked for a manufacturing company which was acquired by General Electric (GE).  During his six and a half years with GE, Dave went through General Electric's management training program eventually becoming plant manager overseeing 60 employees.  This experience has given Dave an excellent understanding of corporate operations and specifically, the decision making process that has facilitated large corporate real estate transactions.

Dave is President of the Inland Empire/Orange County Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a national association of leading commercial and industrial real estate professionals.  He has also attained his Certified Commercial  Investment Member (CCIM) certificate, and is involved with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.  Dave has been designated a "Power Broker" by CoStar, a national real estate information group.

Dave lives in Riverside with his three children.  He is an avid water skier, snow skier, and enjoys coaching his children in basketball and soccer.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.  A CCIM is an invaluable resources to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,500 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation.  Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
