Cheryl Padia joined Lee & Associates in 1997 to assist Tom Pierik and David Mudge coordinate marketing efforts for major listing assignments.  Cheryl oversees all direct mailing campaigns and is the team webmaster.  In addition, Cheryl has received formal training in web and graphic design which includes HTML, Photoshop, and JavaScript. 

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Cheryl had an instrumental role in software development and maintenance for the County of Riverside Clerk/Reorder Vital Records department.  Cheryl worked for two years as marketing coordinator at Collins Fuller Commercial Real Estate.  Prior to that, Cheryl was an administrative assistant at Ernst & Whinney, whose responsibilities included coordination of the audit staff and personnel training.

Cheryl is the Chapter Administrator for the Orange County / Inland Empire Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a national association of leading commercial and industrial real estate professionals.  She is active in the American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House, and is a member of the Riverside County Law Alliance and the Riverside Art Museum. 

Cheryl grew up in Riverside, attending Ramona High School and Riverside Community College.  In addition to Cheryl's volunteer work, she enjoys hiking, painting, runs 5Ks, and teaches yoga.
